About Mayank Shukla
After working for more than 24 months working for an MNC, I have seen and learnt about the work environment in the corporate space and the efforts of the management to bring the team forward and present them with opportunities. Going forward, I think this was one of the essential points to motivate me to pursue a career in management field. The role that I was performing in my last organisation was of a Linux system administrator. While the main task was to meet all the client\'s expectations on the work front, the process was always about maintaining a certain level of efficiency and always approaching for better than the expected results. Removing redundancies, reaching for quick resolution of pending tasks, learning about advanced tools which could simplify our jobs and a better training environment were at the helm of our day-to-day activities. The 2 qualities which I developed during this period were quick decision making and adopting an analytical approach towards any issue that I encounter in my daily life.
