I’m a Corporate Communication professional with around 4 years of experience, with my journey starting in Learning & Development. Over time, I’ve developed a strong interest in how people learn, communicate, and connect within organizations.In my early career in L&D, I was deeply involved in managing end-to-end training programs—from coordinating VILT and ILT sessions to handling LMS/LXP operations and tracking learner progress. I also spent time as an Instructional Designer, creating e-learning modules and training content that were not just informative, but actually engaging and practical.Currently, I’m working as a Corporate Communication Specialist, where I focus on making communication simple, relatable, and impactful. Whether it’s internal campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, or organizational messaging, I enjoy turning ideas into communication that people actually connect with.
