I began my adventure at Genpact as a Management Trainee. My quest? Crafting KPI dashboards using Power BI that became the compass for stakeholders navigating through the seas of deadlines. These dashboards were more than just numbers—they turned insights into action across supply chain metrics, guiding decisions on material productivity, payment terms, and cost savings. Armed with my trusty SQL wand, I unlocked the potential of supply chain metrics, automating processes and cutting manual effort by 30%. The magic didn’t stop there. I ensured the accuracy and reliability of reports, earning a Client Appreciation for Excellence in 2023 for streamlining work processes. My next adventure took me to Vertexplus Technologies Ltd, where I continued my Power BI journey. Working alongside clients, I transformed Business Requirement Documents into dashboards that didn’t just display data but brought it to life. By integrating MySQL with Power BI, I reduced data processing time by 25%, and with a touch of DAX magic, I created interactive features that boosted user engagement. Before my wizardry days, I built a robust college database system at Panchwati Group of Institutions, where I mastered SQL queries, ER diagrams, and data normalization to lay a solid foundation for all future reporting and analysis. Along the way, I earned a Masters in Commerce, along with Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) and Lean Six Sigma certifications to sharpen my skills and process wizardry.
