About Mayank Khichar

Mayank studies law at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, where he is pursuing a B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) degree. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of Tech Law Forum and as Editor at the Indian Journal of Constitutional Law. His work spans across courts and research, having interned with Mr. Faraz Maqbool at the Delhi High Court on matters under the PMLA, IPC, CrPC, and the Prevention of Corruption Act, and at the Rajasthan High Court under the guidance of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Anoop Kumar Dhand. His research engages with questions of evidence, procedural law, and corporate accountability, including analyses of secondary and digital evidence. Mayank has written on AI ethics, business law, and environmental regulation, and was a finalist at the 13th NLIU International Mediation Tournament (2025), ranking among the top five mediators. He remains interested in litigation, mediation, and the study of how (AI) technology is reshaping law and more profoundly our lives.He is open to collaborations on research papers, internships, or simply thoughtful conversations on law and its changing contours.
