   At Accenture, I’ve had the privilege of leading Salesforce integration initiatives across Telecom, Banking, Nonprofit, and Manufacturing sectors. My role bridges leadership and hands-on problem solving — guiding teams, mentoring talent, and delivering solutions that make real impact.One highlight: delivering a defect-free Nonprofit Cloud project with a team I built and mentored from scratch. In another project for an Energy & Utilities client, we reduced user effort from 200 clicks to just 34 — a transformation that saved time and improved daily workflows.I also champion the use of GenAI, building smart automations that free up reps and boost productivity.
