   Lead and own the BI & Analytics practice for Workforce Optimization organization supporting 3+ product verticals and 10+ distinct products• Architect and build complex ETL pipelines over structured and unstructured data coming from varied data sources in different formats spanning across hundreds of warehouses, 5 global regions and over a million associates working in Amazon warehouses• Conduct fulfillment center site visits to collaborate with site leaders to understand pain points and gather feedback on various program initiatives and metrics• Build logic for and create success metrics in collaboration with leadership and PMs for key initiatives that result into over hundreds of millions of dollars in savings in a year• Design and build custom and highly interactive dashboards for consumption at both leadership and operations level with different levels of detail, one of which is used by over a thousand operations managers over hundreds of Amazon warehouses to make daily scheduling decisions• Improve data pipeline architecture for existing metrics and artifacts by performing query optimization and creating reusable and scalable code resulting into reduction in metric development time by half
