Preparing and checking engineering BOM, Design BOM & Drawing for standard and non-standard lower and higher capacity Goods, industrial & passenger lifts,\\\\n2. Resolving escalations, root cause analysis, and taking corrective and preventive actions.\\\\n3. Supporting sale and operation team for technical queries while booking order. Site visits as per requirement to ensure the effectiveness of solutions or resolve queries of field operation.\\\\n4. I also prepare General arrangement drawings of elevators (plan views, machine view and floor designation) for customer approval and installation.\\\\n5. I have to take care of Engineering change and Error & troubles (E&T) for production and installation. Prepare the drawing for specific parts and assemblies as per requirement. Preparing BOM for ERP for product costing and supply chain.\\\\n6. Work with quality, Planning, Purchase, production team to smooth operation of production.\\\\n7.
