About Mayanka Sarin
I believe that great products are born when we obsess over customers while being smart about what to build first. At Amazon, I lead delivery benefits for our $5B+ cross-border business, serving customers in 195 countries shop Amazon\'s worldwide selection from 7 marketplaces. This entails building a range of benefit products to help our international customers. A key innovation is Dynamic Ship Pricing, which uses machine learning (ML) to optimize shipping rate management. Additionally, the charter includes scalable technologies that simplify the discovery and application of free shipping offers for cross-border customers. Together, these products make international shopping more affordable and convenient, driving growth and customer satisfaction in Amazon\'s global marketplace.Right now, I\'m leading the launch of our first International Prime membership in Colombia, making Amazon\'s beloved membership available to cross-border shoppers. We\'re making this happen by localization of benefits, improving delivery speeds, expanding selection, reducing costs, and building technology that can grow with us. Every day, I\'m excited to solve the unique challenges of serving international customers and making their shopping experience better.
