ABOUT MAYANK YADAV

As a mechanical engineering student at PSIT Kanpur, I have developed a strong foundation in engineering principles, design, and analysis, as well as a keen interest in programming, communication, and marketing. I have also acquired the Six Sigma certification, which demonstrates my ability to apply data-driven techniques to improve processes and outcomes.I have recently completed a two-month trainee resourcing position at Pyramid Consulting, Inc, where I worked with a team of professionals to provide staffing solutions for various clients across different industries. I learned how to identify, assess, and match candidates with suitable roles, as well as how to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. I also contributed to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and tools, such as online platforms, social media, and databases. Through this experience, I enhanced my skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service, and gained valuable insights into the dynamics and trends of the global workforce.My short-term objective is to graduate with a BTech degree in August 2023, and my long-term goal is to join a reputed organization that will enable me to use and grow my skills and knowledge, while also providing opportunities for self-development and career advancement. I am passionate about learning new technologies and exploring new challenges, and I am motivated by the vision of creating positive impacts on society and the environment through engineering and innovation.
