   Built the acquisition journey for the January 2022 launch of the inaugural personal checking account for the company, managing 3 products High yield Savings account, personal loans, and checking accounts resulting in a $400B cash balance increase and a $250B debit spend • Manage a team of 6 Product Managers, overseeing various non-card products, including Personal loans, Personal checking, and Personal savings, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Integral in relaunching personal loans after a 9-month pause during the COVID-19 Pandemic, driving the origination AR to an all-time high of 2B+, and winning the JD Power Award for US Consumer Lending Satisfaction • Utilized microservice architecture to create the 1st American Express banking platform, leveraging a shared service platform to support the customer lifecycle across the banking journey, utilizing FIS backend system, improving innovation, increasing personalization, and providing more flexibility • Developed an intelligent, scalable, and consistent banking integration platform leveraged throughout the entire organization for all banking needs, providing customers convenience, choice, and a method to compare products and services • Designed the UI/UX for the Digital Acquisition journey. Conducted A/B tests and usability studies to design a customer-centric application journey • Created the Product vision, strategy, and mission statement for the Digital Acquisition of non-card product and defined OKRs to measure the outcome of deliverables, resulting in high-performing teams and overall improved organizational efficiency • Played a key role in advancing a product mindset in my team and organization that includes techniques like Data-driven decision making and customer-centricity to give the best customer experience • Received the AXP President’s Award for excellence in service and performance
