Mayank Tiwari is an Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University, Odisha. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has completed doctorate from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. Having the experience of industry as a Company Secretary in listed company, he joined the academics in 2013.
