Client: Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (France)Current Role & Responsibilities-> Leading a functional/technical team & providing (Support cum BA) services to users globally on CALYPSO trading platform on Fixed Income Products-> Provide timely solutions to users on daily basis to their issues related to Trade Life Cycle of the concerned product which includes Trade Integration, Settlements and Corporate Actions,Accounting etc. It also includes issues related to Workflows with respect to - Trade, Transfer & Message-> Understanding of SWIFT messages in respect to Settlements-> Continuous monitoring of the health of the application using \'ITRS\' Dashboard and raising Alerts to technical teams in case of an alarming situation-> To manage escalations and provide solutions effectively and efficiently as being the Primary contact point for any escalation from Business and other stake holders-> Perform UAT & Regression Testing linked with new development (code fix, new features) to be made on the application to meet users needs or improve performances-> To Interact with Business users and technical SPOCs for high priority issues in bridge calls-> To facilitate different reporting templates to extract data based on user\'s need or as per Auditor\'s request (OFAC) etc-> To participate in Global Releases, Migrations, GO-Live projects etc-> To maintain and furnish daily reporting to various downstream users on Trade, Inventory, Regulatory etc. It also includes daily reporting to Regulators (Bank of England) & (Banque De France) on daily transactions done by the Bank-> To facilitate automation of various processes, reports to avoid manual intervention.
