I work in operations and process management with experience across Amazon and Cognizant. Over the last few years, I’ve handled investigations, seller operations, inventory accuracy, process reviews, credit cards and payments workflow, delinquency, and reporting. I enjoy fixing broken processes, reducing delays, and making work easier for teams and customers.At Amazon, I managed end-to-end investigations, analysed invoices and seller data, created deep-dive reports, and delivered accurate resolutions that improved seller trust and performance. At Cognizant, I worked in cards and payments, which gave me a strong understanding of delinquency, bureau agencies, compliance workflows, and risk checks.I’m currently upskilling with Six Sigma and expanding my analytics stack with Power BI, SQL and advanced Excel.
