At Wayfair, I am leading major modernization initiatives including legacy SQL deprecation, cloud-native data migrations, distributed crawling platforms, and Pricing Indices reliability transformation. These enterprise-scale systems operated under strict availability and performance standards. I led cloud optimization and cost-efficiency initiatives, strengthened production stability, and improved operational response frameworks to ensure seamless customer experience at scale.
