ABOUT MAYANK SAKHUJA
I conduct research that informs cancer prevention policies and communications, with an emphasis on tobacco control. More specifically, I am interested in policy and communication issues around tobacco promotion and advertising at points of sale, health warning labels on tobacco products, tobacco cessation, and sale and purchase of loose tobacco products. I have a strong interest in doing global work, especially in low- and middle-income countries, that bear the greatest burden of non-communicable diseases including cardiovascular diseases and cancer.
