After graduating from the Department of Biotechnology at IIT Kharagpur, I chose to step into the dynamic and high-pressure world of political consulting, driven by my passion for strategy, governance, and large-scale impact. I joined the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) through campus placements, immersing myself in the fast-paced electoral landscape of India. Over the past 1.9+ years, I have worked across multiple high-stakes campaigns, managing diverse teams, executing on-ground strategies, and navigating the ever-changing political dynamics.The political consulting domain has been an intense yet rewarding experience, pushing me to adapt, strategize, and execute in challenging environments with minimal structure. Managing electoral war rooms, crafting constituency-level insights, and leading stakeholder engagement have honed my problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities. However, the unpredictable work schedules and constant travel have also made me reflect on the importance of structured professional growth and long-term career planning.At IIT Kharagpur, I pursued a Micro Specialization in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, which fueled my interest in business strategy, operations, and consulting. I also explored Product Management through an internship, gaining exposure to data-driven decision-making and process optimization.While I remain deeply interested in the political domain and its prospects globally, I am currently focused on transitioning into a structured consulting or strategic role, leveraging my diverse experience. I am excited about the opportunities ahead and committed to making an impact in the intersection of business, policy, and technology.
