After obtaining my BTech degree from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, I successfully transitioned into the BFSI sector, excelling as a Branch Sales Manager at SBFC Finance Limited. In this role, I focused on providing tailored mortgage solutions for MSMEs, which led to a significant 150% increase in revenue and contributed to the company\'s impressive business expansion. Before my foray into the BFSI sector, I served as an Assistant Lecturer at Aakash Educational Services Limited, where I mentored over 800 students and contributed to their academic success. I also played a pivotal role in expanding the organization by establishing a new branch in Etawah, demonstrating my strategic leadership and growth-oriented mindset. Currently, I am honing my skills and expanding my knowledge through an MBA program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Nagpur. This academic experience is further sharpening my leadership abilities and preparing me to take on even more impactful roles in the future.
