ABOUT MAYANK JAIN

Final-year BBA LL.B.(Hons.) student with a strong academic foundation and diverse legal experience across corporate law, taxation, and regulatory advisory. My internships at leading law firms such as Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, King Stubb & Kasiva, and Sage and Barrister LLP have equipped me with hands-on exposure to corporate transactions, legal drafting, taxation issues, and policy research. I have drafted a wide range of legal documents—from contracts and NDAs to Articles and Memorandum of Association—while also preparing litigation documents such as SLPs and case briefs. My research spans topics like cross-border taxation, corporate governance, enforceability of foreign rulings, environmental compliance, and crypto-business legality. In law school, I’ve taken up leadership roles—serving as Internal Affairs Head at ARASE and Operations In-Charge at Amity Law Foundation and Judicial Academy—which have strengthened my skills in coordination, communication, and execution of legal initiatives. With a strong interest in M&A, corporate advisory, and ESG compliance, I am actively seeking opportunities where I can bring analytical rigor, drafting precision, and commercial awareness to complex legal matters
