Managing Incidents 24X7 and ensure minimal disruption to the service. • To ensure that any required support staff & necessary resources (facilities, equipment, systems, etc.) are available, involved and focused in restoral of the system.• To ensure that the proper Local Support staff is participating in the Event.• To ensure if the Event is properly classified as an Emergency and takes appropriate actions.• Actively working in transition phase of the project.• Working in NOC establishment process and in readiness of Employees.• Providing Training and taking assessment of Tier1 employees, to ensure NOC readiness during project Live phase. • Working in coordination with automation team for correlation and automation of alerts in monitoring tool (Oracle UA).• Taking Knowledge transfer sessions from LLA on all processes like Change Management, Problem Management, MIM and Disaster Management.• To ensure that tickets for all the incidents should be marked through Ticketing tool OTS.• To ensure that all the incidents are resolved and closed within defined SLA. • Prepared internal SOP for the smooth functioning of NOC.• Part of Integration of monitoring tool (OUA), to ensure that all the necessary requirements to be there in tool for production.• Part of configuration of OTS tool with OUA so that tickets get auto created through OUA tool.
