Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest & availability. Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks & Coordinating with the client for interviews of short listed candidates, facilitating salary negotiation, following up. Keeping a systematic record of the candidates who had attended the interview & Negotiating the rates/Salary Package with the candidates for closing the positions. Reporting to the BDM on Recruitment Status on a daily basis. Posting ads on job portals, profile search through database. Utilise Various tools including the Internet,job boards,internal data base and employee referrals to identify candidates. Networking with various association and through websites such as LinkedIn to identify passive candidates. Responsible for creating,circulating,processing,posting requisitions and managing candidates through the applicant tracking system.
