When on tour to outstation before leaving the station you have to call branch incharge to get next tour plan.To complete the service revenue targets as assigned by branch service incharge.Timely submission of all reports i.e. installation reports, service reports, AMC forms, expense statements, customer feedback forms, field feedback forms etc.To work according to the policies designed for service department by the company.To attend total breakdown calls within 24 hrs after assigning of complaint.Must follow the Radiation hazard safety requirements as per AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) guidelines.
