I am presently associated with Hinduja Renewables-A group Company of Hinduja Group limited as an Regional Manager-Solar PV Asset Management and responsible for projects Installed at scattered location in India,Also responsible for budgeting of Rooftop,Ground Mount (KW & MW)projects, vendor managments,smooth operations of Solar PV projects with maximizing CUF with minimum down time and Maintaining PR, database activities and client interactions.plant evaluation in terms of performance wise by using some smart and modern testing techniques and equipments like thermal Imager and PV 200.Also responsible for ON site and OFF site solutions for Solar PV Assets. I have gained experience of 6 years working in growing, learning and high work pressure environment giving me an edge to contribute solutions to handle technical and work related problems. I believe I am good at team working and also capable of standing as one man army. I have good experience at team management and peer mentoring.
