I am Mayank Dhawan I have over 8 years of creditable success in HR Strategy Planning, Human Resources Shared Services and People Management. I am deft with human resources function in a business of any size is responsible for payroll management, employee data maintenance, and risk and compliance management. I am adroit in operations such as negotiating & agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided. Adept in producing reports & statistics using computer software, evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial & technical factors. Moreover, I am keen learner and able to adapt in every environment. My organization skills dictate most of my work which is why I am highly systematic as far as operation techniques is concerned. Over the years I have gained good understanding of the HR process with significant focus on employee satisfaction throughout all the stages.
