With over 15 years of experience in ecommerce, category management, and business development, I am a cross border trade expert and serving as Director at Delhivery, India\'s leading and widest logistics network.In my current role, I am responsible for building Delhivery, a preferred logistic partner for cross border trade sellers, offering them customized and cost-effective solutions for international shipping. I lead the sales team, manage key accounts, and oversee the marketing communications and operational processes for this segment.Previously, I was working as an Associate Director for Cross Border Trade at Shiprocket, where I successfully launched and grew Shiprocket International, a cross border logistics service that enabled online sellers to access global markets and customers. I acquired and retained new clients, developed strategic partnerships, and resolved operational challenges for this service.Before joining Shiprocket, I worked at eBay as an Associate Category Manager, where I had the end-to-end responsibility of growing the jewelry and lifestyle category.
