I am a Chemical Engineer with M.Tech degree from IIT Guwahati with a strong foundation in large-scale process engineering. My academic training combined research excellence with practical problem-solving, shaping my ability to bridge technology with large-scale implementation.Currently serving as a Management Trainee at Coal India Limited, I am gaining deep exposure to coal beneficiation, washery operations, quality assurance, and operational efficiency within one of the country’s largest Maharatna PSUs. Working at this scale has strengthened my understanding of systems thinking, resource optimization, and the critical role of disciplined execution in ensuring national energy security.Previously, as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited, I worked in ammonia plant operations, developing a strong grounding in process operations, high-pressure chemical systems, and plant-level coordination.I believe the future of public sector leadership lies at the intersection of technical depth, operational excellence, and ethical responsibility. My aspiration is to grow into leadership roles where I can drive efficiency, modernize processes, and contribute to nation-building through resilient and sustainable industrial systems.
