Real change starts where policy meets people.I work at the intersection of public policy, operations, and environmental governance, with hands-on experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven implementation of government initiatives.Currently, as a Project Coordinator at the Quality Council of India (QCI), I contribute to national-level projects focused on sustainability, institutional monitoring, and grassroots impact. My work spans everything from field assessments and capacity building to KPI-based evaluations, operations planning, and policy-linked analytics.Whether I’m conducting field visits, reviewing state-level implementation strategies, or designing training materials, I approach each task with a focus on evidence, empathy, and impact.My key skills include: Stakeholder engagement & institutional assessments Monitoring & documentation at grassroots level Report writing, policy analysis & knowledge synthesis Questionnaire design, KPIs & field monitoring frameworks Data tools: Power BI, Excel, MS Office Suite, Clappia.My academic foundation in Environmental Science (BHU), along with published research on bioaerosols and antimicrobial resistance from IIT-BHU, has shaped the way I approach problem-solving — with curiosity, systems thinking, and a drive to connect science with social outcomes.I’ve also qualified UGC-NET and GATE (EY), and am constantly looking to grow in roles that advance climate resilience, environmental governance, public policy, and sustainable development.I’m always open to connecting with people who are passionate about creating meaningful, community-centered change.
