In another capacity, I implemented comprehensive scorecards/KPIs to drive strategic improvements. I also led impactful talent retention programs and facilitated talent development initiatives that have propelled associates to higher roles and enhanced compensation. Currently, I am focused on designing and delivering specialized courses for mid-management roles.Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in trekking and prioritize personal wellness through gym workouts and CrossFit.
