Maya Dantzler is a MBA Candidate at Emory University - Goizueta Business School. Previously, she was a Senior Marketing Manager at The Medici Group where her passion for inclusive storytelling drove creative brand strategy for the firm and CEO, Frans Johansson. In her role, Maya led transformational marketing initiatives that propel innovative revenue growth, brand exposure, and market expansion. Prior to joining The Medici Group, Maya worked on public policy initiatives in the U.S. Senate, and most recently drove CSR strategy at L’Oreal USA. Still active in politics, Maya volunteers on local and state campaigns, and globally, she convenes cultural immersive experiences for Black and Brown women through her nonprofit, Venus. Maya holds degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.Maya has managed a range of projects, focusing on the development of websites, email campaigns, social channels, experiential marketing, online video executions, virtual reality experiences, and new business pitches. She can manage multiple projects, foster teamwork, execute seamlessly, and exceed client expectations. She has demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment with consistent emphasis on prioritizing tasks, resource allocations for large teams, and meeting deadlines.
