As a real estate lawyer, I have substantial experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis in real estate finance, purchase and sale of properties, and commercial leasing. I represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions involving offices, retail properties, industrial sites, and mixed-use properties.
