I am designer, researcher and facilitator with over a decade of experience leading non-profit, public and private sector social innovation. My current design and research practice is focused on power within social and public sector participatory processes. I am passionate about finding ways to support, connect and build the infrastructure for those who are working to dismantle unjust systems of power. I am always interested in new opportunities where I can apply my participatory research, service design, systems thinking and strategy skills in ways that centre people and community.
