   Offers grounded political assessments and develops advocacy materials (such as factsheets, primers, reports, curriculums, messaging guides, movement-directed human rights research, and UN submissions) as well as institutional messaging to advance the Center for Constitutional Rights’ key priorities in challenging white supremacy, economic oppression, gender oppression, and abusive state practices.• Develops and maintains relationships with local, national, and international allies (including community organizations and activists, cooperating attorneys, co-counsel, progressive lawyers, students, and NGOs) to support movements for social change and human rights issues with which CCR is engaged in, such as abolition, anti-militarism, decolonization, and reproductive freedom.• Attends trainings on participatory action research and political/popular education; engages in public outreach and education efforts, including co-creating political education workshops with movement partners.• Drafts action alerts, blogs, and other web and social media-related advocacy and campaign materials, as well as other thought leadership tools to disseminate the organization’s unique political perspective.• Consults with Legal & Advocacy Directors, as well as other management team members to identify topics of shared learning for upcoming staff gatherings and retreats, partner presentations, or cultural programming.
