About Maya Chhowalla
I’m currently an Accounting and Marketing student at Drexel University with a passion for learning, art and making a positive impact. With Industry experience as a Marketing Intern at Makclan Digital, I’ve had the opportunity to develop my research skills and learn what it is like working for a start up company. I’ve also worked as a host/server at a restaurant and camp counselor, honing my leadership, public speaking, and organizational skills.In addition to my work, I’m a volunteer for pediatric cancer like Drexel Dance Marathon and The WITH Grace Initiative, supporting awareness and fundraising efforts to honor families and children affected by cancer. This cause is deeply personal, as I work alongside families and foundation leaders to raise awareness and provide support. I am eager to combine my passion for accounting, marketing, and community service as I grow professionally and continue to advocate for meaningful causes.
