Responsible for recruiting throughout the entire lifecycle, including pre-screening, coordinating and conducting technical interviews, reference checks and recruiting activities in Europe/UK.• Source / recruit for permanent role and contract, contract-hire of IT professionals for clients across all over the EUROPE & UK region countries.• Extensive IT Sourcing experience in various Industries such as Financial/Banking, Investment, Oil & Gas, Parma, Healthcare, Insurance, manufacturing domains. • Sourcing profiles through LinkedIn and other major portals, using Boolean, Headhunting, Job boards and social networking sites/other search options.• Mange business stakeholders\' and interacting with Client /Hiring Managers on Daily Basis, understanding the Demands and Deadlines.• Extensive experience in Information technology with major expertise in managing full cycle technical recruitment, resource management.• Being proactive in identifying new candidates for new positions in India and across the APAC region.• Using our best sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top Talents.• Having extensive experience with Applicant Tracking System.• Identifies the most efficient sources for generating talent pull vs open positions.• Rich sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources like databases, networks, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search.
