NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a nonprofit that supports people with mental health challenges through education, advocacy, and community programs. Through my internship with this organization, I completed multiple “Ending the Silence Trainings” where I learned how to recognize signs of mental health issues, support those who are struggling, and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. I organized pamphlets and resources for presenters to distribute in schools to promote mental health awareness. I analyzed thousands of survey evaluations from the students to enhance future presentations and I helped develop NAMI\'s article section, publishing numerous of my own articles.
