Maya currently serves as an Attorney at Law with The Humphries Law Firm, P.C. Prior to her current role, she was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Phil Berger, Jr. She attended Wake Forest University School of Law and served as the Director of External Affairs for The Federalist Society Law Student Chapter. She also graduated Cum Laude from Davidson College with a Bachelor’s Degree, double-majoring in History (with a concentration in Southern U.S. History) and Hispanic Studies. Previously, Maya served as Chairwoman for the Forsyth County Young Republicans and Treasurer of Davidson College\'s Pre-Law Society. She is extremely committed to serving the community, most recently, volunteering with political campaigns across North Carolina. Outside of school and work, she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and watching sports with her dog.
