As a Senior Strategic People Partner, I\'m directly supporting leaders in the wider organisation to:* Collaborate with people leaders to understand their team’s specific culture and performance needs, providing advice on people matters, processes, risks, issues and trends, and empower them to deliver positive outcomes for their teams and the business.* Enable individual team members to achieve their career goals, have an engaging work experience while positively contributing to the organization’s values, goals and mission.* Lead performance reviews, remuneration & promotion reviews, engagement surveys.* Share best practice ideas with the broader People team to consolidate Blinkist integration with Go1 and ensure a consistent approach and ideal outcomes.* Assist with employee grievances and provide employee relations advice as needed.* Continue to harmonise people policies and implement processes that support a culture of performance and growth.* Utilise people metrics and survey data to improve internal policies and processes.
