The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) is a public authority responsible for returning Detroit’s vacant, abandoned, and foreclosed property to productive use. My role is to assist the DLBA’s Legal Team in its focus on combating privately-owned blight to stabilize and rebuild neighborhoods for the general health, safety, and welfare of the community. My responsibilities- Communicate with and assist Detroit property owners as they navigate the DLBA’s Nuisance Abatement Program- Draft, file, and mail agreements and legal notices- Coordinate social media content to highlight NAP\'s mission- Assist Lead Attorney Giuseppe Palazzolo and other staff attorneys
