Mrs. Webb\'s experience as a Change/Project Management professional, with 10+ years in delivering process improvements and technology-based enterprise solutions, has cultivated her passion and skill in helping businesses solve problems. During the COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face interactions were limited, which led to a meteoric rise of social media micro-influencers. As brands sought ways to leverage this new community to reach their customers, Ms. Mitchell saw a potential business opportunity, which aligned with her passion. As such, she founded Kingdom Services & Solutions (KSS), to provide consulting and operational services to help entrepreneurs, virtual creatives, and micro-influencers execute their vision and grow their business. What started as a part-time hobby, quickly became a full-fledged business as Mrs. Webb\'s procured some heavy-hitter clients, such as WebMD’s Senior Medical Director, and an internationally recognized Style Influencer, who has over 500K followers and multiple corporate partners. Mrs. Webb, through KSS, has worked with 5+ clients to date.

   I bring structure to creativity at 12PM Studios, a luxury eyewear brand founded by beauty expert and fashion creator Jenee Naylor. My role blends production, marketing, and operations to ensure our ideas don\'t just look good, but are flawlessly executed and drives growth. From planning and budgeting brand photo and video shoots to coordinating on-site content days and activations, I help oversee the logistics that bring our collections to life. I also lead our weekly email marketing strategy, crafting campaigns designed to increase engagement, strengthen community, and convert to sales.Beyond production and marketing, I manage our PR gifting initiatives, oversee key communications, and keep moving pieces aligned behind the scenes.
