I work closely with the Executive Director to develop and execute fundraising strategy and implement effective and transparent financial policies. I also partner with the Operations Manager and Budget Committee to develop and streamline human resource policies, operational security protocols, and budgeting processes that reflect CCI’s values and mission. By cultivating a comprehensive knowledge of organizational resource conditions and optimizing CCI’s operational systems, my work strengthens the leadership team’s capacity to implement plans for organizational growth, sustainability, and impact.
