ABOUT MAYA EL HALTEH
I am an Associate in the Core Real Estate team at Eversheds Sutherland, undertaking commercial and corporate real estate work. I completed a secondment to Legal & General, assisting the Head of Legal Group Strategic Real Estate with development and asset management work involving properties in the UK and abroad. At Eversheds Sutherland, I mainly assist institutional investors based in London and a sovereign wealth fund with general asset management work and leasing transactions involving office, retail and logistics premises. I also have experience with carrying out property due diligence as part of acquisitions and disposals. My recent experience also includes assisting a London-based institutional investor with lettings involving PV/solar elements to drive forward their ESG initiatives. I actively seek opportunities which involve giving advice to aspiring solicitors, including those from an international background like myself, and I have been involved with such initiatives at Eversheds Sutherland.
