About Maya Davis
The future of youth in relation to climate, the environment, and overall public health has been the key focus of my research and community outreach work. Speaking up for those in need drives me to encourage more action in my own community to further inspire others. I strive to see success in not only my peers and colleagues, but also the businesses and companies I am honored to work with. I have a great passion for interdisciplinary research in the Public Health realm encompassing health disparities, sustainability and the environment, health communications, food insecurity and its outcomes, and racial studies. Teaching, researching, collecting/analyzing data, and working to implement programs and policies are the things that make me tic!
