At SearchFlow I work as a Customer Service Specialist. I work between Solicitors and Data Providers. I help solve multiple queries and make sure the searches are returned to the solicitors on time. At SearchFlow we solve queries involving over 300 different search types for example, Drainage and Water, Local Authority etc.Communication is a big part of my role as I am taking phone calls and exchanging emails.In my everyday tasks I work a lot with invoicing, fees and setting up quotes for our client’s searches.
