I am a Data Management Solutions Consultant with over 15 years of industry experience, including insurance, banking, finance, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, manufacturing and retail. I help businesses implement solutions to improve their Data Governance (DG), Data Quality (DQ), Reference Data Management (RDM) and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, using enterprise wide DG/DQ tooling, in both On-Premise and Cloud environments. I build relationships with various business and technical stakeholders, to understand the customer’s requirements. Translating their business needs into technical terms and then designing solutions that would be fit for purpose. Either working independently or with a Project Manager, to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Integrate with other systems using tooling-native connectors and APIs. Along the way, to troubleshoot issues, produce documentation on the solution, and provide training both at a generic product level and custom solution. I am perfectly at ease both working independently or as part of a team.My greatest satisfaction is gained from getting technical and deep diving into using tools, to build solutions in neat and elegant ways. I value building reusable and low maintenance processes, which are fit for purpose and should improve the quality of life for the people who use them. I enjoy being able to build a solution, deliver it, teach it, hand over to the next person (whether it be a customer or colleague) and for them to be self-sufficient.
