As a Senior Property Manager for Transwestern I oversee Class A, Commercial Office, and Industrial properties throughout South Florida. Responsibilities include all day to day operations, as well as the Monthly Reporting, Annual Budgets, and CAM Reconciliations. Utilizing Yardi, MRI, Kardin and Realogic for the accounting functions and Angus Anywhere for operating/maintenance items we efficiently provide on time reporting and real time data to our clients. My team includes a Property Manager, 3 Property Engineer\'s and an Administrative Assistant which all contribute greatly to our success. With various clients, I feel this position is one of the most challenging I have had to date, and am confident we have the tools to be successful. As our company continues to grow it has enabled us to expand our network of resources which has improved controlling costs, and providing the highest quality of service.
