My current role focuses and supports the global Production Systems and Well Construction businesses of Schlumberger in Total Rewards. Key Achievements • Conducted a compensation review for the Production Chemistry population globally, which is a team of highly technical and niche-skilled, to analyze and review competitiveness in base salary and total cash versus market. Results and technical recommendation were presented to business stakeholders • Performed a global job bonus exercise for a sub-business line within Production Systems where the business request was for a Supervisory bonus recommendation • For our Global Rotational Development Program, I initiated the compensation matrix review globally working with key stakeholders from the respective locations and successfully updated the matrices following analysis on market data and compensation reviews. For the same population, I also created a formal policy to align the practices and guidelines internally • An analysis was conducted to review the pay mix of our Sales & Commercial population globally within Production Systems • Participated in presenting the fundamentals of Compensation and Benefits to First Line Managers in a management training course which was hosted in Houston • Conducted an analysis reviewing our Flying Squad team within Well Construction versus comparable jobs in the market, compensation (base salary and total cash) of the team versus market data, creating job bonus frameworks for the teams based in Canada, UK, and the US
