Currently Maxx is Scopely\'s Art Director of Star Trek: Fleet Command, guiding the art style (UI, concept, 3D and animation) while managing the internal art team. Maxx interfaces with the senior Scopely management, license holders and out-sourcing. Working hard to make sure that our development team\'s needs are met in regards to their artistic disciplines has always been important. Creating a fun environment is one of Maxx\'s personal joys. Working with talented, award winning teams on projects like Diablo, Starcraft, World of Warcraft, Daxter, God of War PSP, Ready 2 Rumble, Okami Wii, Marvel Super Hero Squad, Star Trek: Fleet Command and more has made Maxx a valuable source of information on practices and techniques wherever he goes. Maxx\'s experience is only dwarfed by the industry friends and contacts he has made over the years helping him aid others in hiring and asset sharing.
