The effort is to evaluate the user experience for systems, tools and processes within the Network Systems organization and identify opportunities for design improvements and enhancements. The User Experience team is currently evaluating the design process for Wireline and Wireless, and will be partnering with other designers to create this design process.• Developed communication strategy for the Network Engineering and Operations application rationalization effort and managed/supported ~1,700 application owners across the Network organization, resulted in ~$44.3M in potential savings and ~$12.7M of in year savings• Led central office technician scheduling system research/migration efforts by executing user interviews, synthesizing findings, and presenting formal recommendations, resulted in ~$2.4M -$7.2M in potential annual productivity savings• Owned research/process improvement efforts for transport provisioning on new cell site builds by performing user interviews, analysis of findings, and presentation of formal recommendations, resulted in ~$4.1M -$8.3M in potential annual productivity savings
