My name is Maxwell Remy and I am a Senior at Washington University in St Louis, studying Film and Political Science. After graduation, I plan on attending Law School. Growing up as a member of the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma, my family and community has always been an influential aspect of my life. In studying Film and Political Science, I want to apply my passion and experience in the Indigenous community to working on policies that will positively impact my community\'s health and economic outcomes.
