Currently in my position as a Plan Benefits Manager role, I provide members with understanding and structure of their active Prescription Insurance Benefit plan designs. In the ever changing world of insurance coverage, it is imperative to keep our members up to date with plan design information and refill services for better health. I work primarily in relation to the Federal Employee, Medicare, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan designs. By using my skills in Marketing as well as Data Analytics I strive to direct members, to the best of my ability, on how they can use their plans for maximum benefit. During my time with CVS Health I have helped train and develop new talent to ensure that new employees understand the benefit plans designs handled by CVS Health and the importance of services provided by our company.
