ABOUT MAXWELL KOWALEC

With nearly two decades of experience guiding teams through various phases of the business lifecycle, I am an experienced leader who is passionate about innovation and driving transformative change. My collaborative approach involves working closely with stakeholders to identify and solve critical challenges, bringing strategic priorities to life. I thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and am comfortable with ambiguity. My leadership experience spans across key functions including sales, operations, strategy, and execution.As a people-first leader, I am known for building and nurturing high-performing, engaged teams. From my roots in retail, I champion a customer-centric mindset and know that every interaction counts. Most recently, in my time at SkiptheDishes, I’ve led in a 24/7 business with global scale. I have brought new tech, operating models and partners to market, and navigated through tremendous change, from startup, through acquisition, integration, and transformation. I have successfully led multiple restructuring and integration programs at scale. I excel in developing comprehensive strategies and distilling them into actionable plans that resonate across all levels of an organization.Now at MPI, I lead our Development, Planning and Governance for our Corporate Strategy.
